How do I cancel a membership?

Lovebug's subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Please see their terms and conditions to cancel your membership. Lovebug support is unable to help at this time.

Apple

Cancel a subscription on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: Open the Settings app on your Apple device -> Tap your name -> Tap Subscriptions -> iPhone showing the Subscriptions menu option in Settings -> Tap on the Lovebug icon -> Tap Cancel Subscription

Google Play:

Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription -> On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store Google Play -> Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account -> Tap Menu -> Subscriptions -> Select Lovebug -> Tap Cancel subscription -> Follow the instructions
