In order to ensure that Lovebug provides safe sleeping advice for your child, we recommend you add both your child's birth date and due date into their child profile. From your inputs, we derive your baby's adjusted age, which is their developmental age. The developmental age is what should be used for their sleep milestones, regressions and sleep goals. Comparing them to any age other than that adjusted age is like asking them to run before they can walk.
Minimum Child Age
Lovebug provides support to children as young as 0 days old from their adjusted age.
Maximum Child Age
Lovebug currently provides guidance for children as young up to 36 months of age.
Do the recommendations change based on my child's age?
Babies will go through multiple growing pains in the first year of life that are likely to disrupt their sleep. These include developmental leaps every 2-3 months, and common routine busters such as: teething, changing sleep needs, nap transitions, illness, travel and more. Lovebug will guide you to keeping your child well-rested, adaptable and at optimal brain health though these disruptions.
Everything from your video lessons, to your rest score optimal ranges, to your schedule will update with your child's adjusted age.
