How do I add a sleep session from the past quickly?

So, you want to add a completed sleep session?

To add a completed sleep session on a day that has not already been submitted, you can add it quickly by pressing on the pillow icon in the top right. 

Why can't I add a session to a past day?

Unfortunately, if you have already submitted a day for review to calculate your rest score and lesson, you are unable to add logs to any days prior. This is because your priority lesson and your rest score have already taken those days into consideration.
