How do I change my Lovebug plan?

Can I upgrade my membership from a monthly to yearly, or yearly to lifetime?

Lovebug honors the Google Play store and Apple App Store’s terms and conditions.

• Upgrade: If you choose to upgrade your subscription, you will be immediately upgraded, and will receive a refund of the prorated amount of the original subscription. 
• Downgrade: If you choose to downgrade to a lower level of service, your current subscription will continue until the renewal date. Once the subscription is renewed, it will be renewed at the lower level and price.

How to change your subscription plan on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: Open the Settings app -> Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions -> Tap Lovebug -> A list of subscription options will appear, tap the option that you want -> Tap Purchase -> 

If you choose a subscription that you can share with family, scroll down and turn on Share with Family. (Don't see Share with Family? Set up Family Sharing or join a family, then return to that page and turn on Share with Family.) If you don't want to share the subscription with your family, turn off Share with Family.

Google Play:

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store -> Check if you're signed in to the correct Google Account -> Tap Menu -> Subscriptions -> Tap Lovebug -> Choose from the following: For active subscriptions, tap Manage… -> Follow the instructions to update your payment method.
